Position Title: Performance Planning Manager

Hours: Full Time / 40 hours

Up to 25% domestic travel required

Job Duties:

Manage all aspects of an organization's cement manufacturing performance planning and reporting including development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems.
Lead team of individuals responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting of results.
Leverage lean and continuous improvement principles and philosophies to drive business improvement
Plans from performance data.
Work with functional and cross functional teams to set clear action plans, roadmaps, and timelines to meet business objectives.
Effectively communicate to convey ideas and information to others such as teammates, contractors, and suppliers.
Use of business information systems such as PowerBI, Plant Focus, SAP, Maximo, etc. for reporting performance and developing interactive dashboards for leadership teams.
Development of consistent and scalable KPI's / Scorecards for all facilities (including definitions, data requirements, maintenance, data integrity).
Ad-hoc Continuous Improvement studies with plants as needed.
Lead team of liaisons for the manufacturing strategy projects.
Assist in solving business requirement problems creatively, using all investigative resources available to research possible solutions.

Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field of study; and 5 years of experience in the cement or construction materials industry or any occupation in which required experience was gained.

Position also requires demonstrated experience in the following:

3 years of experience in P&L of plant manufacturing costs.
3 years of experience in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
3 years of experience analyzing data to develop insights and drive business decisions.
