Overview
The Analyst, Land Management provides essential support to ACG by supporting land acquisition, lease management, and documentation activities. This role involves maintaining organized records, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing administrative support to legal, land, and operations teams. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with land records and legal documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities

Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage land-related documents, including leases, deeds, titles, contracts, and agreements.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain an organized system for tracking and storing land records, leases, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Coordination and Communication: Act as a point of contact for land-related inquiries, coordinate with internal departments, and communicate with external stakeholders, such as landowners, surveyors, and legal representatives.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all land documents and activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Assist in preparing reports on land acquisitions, lease status, and compliance matters.

Lease Management: Support land leasing processes by tracking lease agreements, renewals, and payments, and managing expiration and renewal dates.

Project Support: Lead and/or assist the land team with various projects, including records

migration, acquisitions, divestitures, and site assessments, by providing administrative support and document coordination.
Skills and Experience
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
-
1-2 years of experience in land administration, real estate, or a similar role.

Exposure to land acquisition processes or related fields is preferred.
Technical Skills

Familiarity with real estate markets and land documentation processes. Knowledge of land records, leasing processes, and legal terminology.

Experience with land management or lease administration software.

Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or land record management systems.
Other Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay range: $65,000 - $80,000
