Aggregates Assistant

Location: Grand Juntion, CO (Mobile)

Report To: Plant Manager

Compensation: Market Value DOE

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Aggregates Sand and Gravel Pit Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various operational tasks at our sand and gravel pit. This role requires someone with a flexible skill set who is willing to learn and adapt to the needs of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with plant inspections.
• Assist with logistical reporting.
• Assist with scale attending.
• Assist with drone surveys.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to work in a heavy industrial environment, exposed to weather elements, some noise; must have ability to work independently and problem-solve while working alone or as part of a team.
• Great attention to detail and have a high stress tolerance.
• General knowledge of working around large aggregate mines, and equipment.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
