Outside Sales Representative - Aggregates

Overview

 We are looking for a outside sales professional in the Aggregate industry — someone who drives business, this role is for a proactive seller who knows how to build relationships in the field, identify upcoming projects, and convert opportunities.

Business Development

• Proactively identify, pursue, and close new ready-mix opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, project managers, and estimators
• Stay ahead of upcoming jobs by working job sites, plans rooms, and local networks
• Quote projects and follow up relentlessly to win the work
• Grow assigned territory through consistent field activity, not desk sales

Account Growth

• Maintain key customer relationships while actively expanding volume
• Increase share of wallet with existing customers
• Address issues quickly to protect relationships and keep jobs moving

Market & Internal Coordination

• Communicate closely with operations, and plant management
• Understand production capacity and pricing strategy
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and booked work accurately
