Hourly Rate: $30.00 + DOE
SUMMARY:
Kilgore Companies, A Summit Materials LLC Company is looking for a Motor Grading Foreman to join our company. This role is a working Foreman position.
Roles & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have Motor Grading experience (Minimum 1-Year)
- Must be listed on your resume in detail.
- Must have experience running various equipment while onsite
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and complete Safe Driver Training course.
- Must be able to Pass our Company Background Check Minimums.
- Must be able to Pass our 5 Panel Drug Test.
- Must have the ability to Lead a crew.
- Must have a great safety mind to keep self and crew safe throughout the working days.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead crew in our safety culture and help ensure a safe working environment
- Be able to read, interpret, and follow owner’s plans and specifications
- Supervise equipment operators and laborers to ensure that work is being done according to the field layout and the plans
- Perform the duties of an equipment operator and laborer when necessary
- Ensure that employees operate and maintain equipment properly. Notify shop of equipment mechanical and safety issues
- Ensure job site and equipment are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
- Maintain time and material records necessary for completing daily job costing
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to perform essential job functions with/ without reasonable accommodation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be able to work long hours when required.
- Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures
- Be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
