Quality Control Lab Supervisor- Benjamin

Overview

We are looking for a Quality Control Lab Supervisor in our aggregate/asphalt division in Benjamin, UT. This position will monitor asphalt and aggregate materials daily to ensure our products meet the specified requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtain daily aggregate and asphalt samples from various sites
• Lead and oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Follow quality control plans and guidelines 
• Obtain required quality control certifications in a timely manner 
• Record and report tests in quality control database
• Safely perform all work assigned  
• Safely drive a company vehicle 

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and anywhere within our work area 
• 5+ years of previous testing/quality experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required 
• Able to read, comprehend, and communicate in English 
• Excellent math skills are required
• Strong computer skills are required
